The Knowledge Management Platform of the Party School of the Gansu Provincial Committee of the CPC (Gansu Academy of Governance) is an institutional, open-access repository designed to archive and disseminate a wide array of the academy’s academic, educational, and governance-related outputs. Powered by the CSpace platform with metadata harvesting via OAI-PMH using OAI-DC, it supports interoperability within the open-access ecosystem. Since its listing in OpenDOAR in 2020, the repository has provided organized access to research articles, books, conference papers, learning objects, and other digital content—supporting institutional knowledge management, academic transparency, and educational outreach.
