eCollections @ FIU Law Library is a repository of law-related materials featuring the scholarly work of the FIU College of Law. eCollections provides open access to legal information and analysis. In an effort to support the teaching and scholarship of the FIU College of Law and to serve local, national and international communities, the FIU Law Library collects contemporary and historical materials in the areas of U.S. state and federal law as well as materials related to foreign and international law. In keeping with the principles of open access, the repository provides full-text documents wherever possible.
